Best traditional English pub in the area! It’s my favorite hanging spot after work. Great pies and ales and excellent music live shows every Saturday!

I booked a table for 20 for my birthday and we weren't disappointed. The service was outstanding. We ordered a lot of food and everything was delicious!

At The Nelson Tavern we pride ourselves on great food, great service and a warm welcoming atmosphere in our local family friendly pub.

We have recently undergone a major refurbishment to our beautiful beer garden.

For those sunshine filled days our large south facing beer garden has plenty of comfy seating for people to come and sit, chat and relax.

Summer time in our beer garden is filled with music, laughs, good times and not to forget our very own sun trap.

Even in the winter months you can still enjoy the warmth from the sun, fireheaters, blankets and of course one or two drinks to keep you warm and toasty.
